ERP implementation oversight
You signed. Now keep the project to what was agreed.
Once the contract is signed, we sit in on the project as your representative. We keep the work tied to what was agreed and raise problems early, while they are still cheap to fix. We never implement, so our advice is not shaped by who gets the next contract.

Sound familiar?
- The contract is signed and the project is about to start
- The software company runs the plan, the meetings and the status reports
- Your team is busy running the business and cannot watch every decision
- Change requests are arriving and nobody checks them against the contract
How we help, in three steps.
Start from what was agreed
We take the proposal, the statement of work and your list of needs, and turn them into the yardstick the project is measured against.
Sit in as your representative
We join the project beside your team and check decisions, change requests and test results against that yardstick.
Raise problems early
When something drifts, you hear it from us in plain words, with what to ask for, while it is still cheap to fix.
What you get
Scope that stays put
Every change request checked against what was agreed before anyone agrees to pay for it.
No surprises at go-live
Slipping dates and open issues named early, with the reason, instead of discovered at the end.
A system that fits
Design and testing checked against how your business really runs, so your team uses it after go-live.
Questions
Can you run the implementation for us?
No, and that keeps our advice honest. The software company or its partner builds the system; we work beside the delivery team as your representative.
How is this different from the software company's project manager?
Their project manager works for the software company and its contract. We work only for you, and we are not paid more if the project grows.
When should we bring you in?
As early as you can: the costly decisions are made in design, in the first weeks. If the project is already in trouble, start with ERP Project Rescue instead.
What does it cost?
We agree the fee on the first call, once we know the size of the project and how closely you want us involved.
