Description

What this session is

A focused 60-minute working conversation with an independent advisor who has no software to sell, no implementation hours to bill, and no vendor relationships to protect.

Before you sit through another demo, shortlist another vendor, or sign anything, this session gives you an honest read on where your business actually stands and what you are really walking into.

What we cover

We start with your current situation, what is driving the urgency, what systems you are running, and what your leadership team believes the problem is. Then we go deeper. Where are the real risks in your current path? What questions are you not being asked by the people trying to sell you something? What would an independent advisor do if they were in your position?

You leave with three things. A clear picture of your actual readiness. The specific risks you need to address before committing to any system. And a written summary delivered within 48 hours that belongs to you, regardless of what you decide next.

What this session is not

This is not a sales call. There is nothing to buy at the end of it beyond the session itself. If your situation calls for further engagement we will discuss that openly. If it does not you will hear that clearly and directly.

Investment: $750 CAD | paid in advance

Payment is completed at booking. The session is confirmed once payment is received.

Who this is for

CEOs and CFOs of mid-market manufacturers and distributors in Canada who are evaluating an ERP decision, a system migration, or any major operational technology change and want an honest independent perspective before they commit.

If you are not sure whether this session is right for your situation, book it anyway. The worst outcome is clarity.
